# Can I share my Plays with Coaches and Players?
## How sharing works with the coaches and players on your team.
Yes. My Team is where you add the coaches and players who share your playbook. Players you add there can see the plays in your playbook, and coaches you add can work on plays with you.
How do I share my plays?
1. Select **My Team** in the left side navigation menu.
2. Select the **Roster** tab to add players, or the **Coaches** tab to add coaches.
3. Send the invite.
Across the top of My Team you will see **Roster**, **Depth Chart**, **Activity**, and **Coaches**.
**Frequently Asked Questions**
**What can players do?**
- Players can view, animate, and print the plays you share with them. Players cannot create or edit plays.
**What can coaches do?**
- Coaches can work on plays in the playbooks you share with them. Additional coaches can be added on any subscription plan level. See "How do I add another coach to my team?" for how many invites your plan includes and how to add more.
**Do I have to invite a player to put them on my roster?**
- No. You can add a player to your roster without sending an invite, then invite them later. See "How do I add players to my roster?"
**Which plans include My Team?**
- My Team, the roster, and the depth chart are available on every subscription plan.
**Where do I set a player's jersey number and positions?**
- On the **Roster** tab in My Team. See "How do I edit a player's jersey number and positions?"
**How many players can I invite?**
- Player accounts are free and unlimited for all subscription plan levels. Players can view, animate and print play cards. Players cannot create or edit plays.
**Can I invite my entire coaching staff?**
- We also offer Team and Organization subscriptions plans that include UNLIMITED Coach and Player accounts. Check out this [link](https://footballplaycard.com/team-and-organization-subscriptions?hsLang=en) for more information.
