How do I cancel my subscription?

Do you want to cancel because you were unable to easily create play cards? Then chat with our experts and they will assist you and provide the guidance you need. If you are still not satisfied, follow the steps below to cancel your subscription.
To cancel your subscription, login and navigate to Profile > Subscription > select the View/Modify Subscription.
If you purchased your subscription through iTunes, you need to cancel your subscription on your iOS device in the Settings app. Please see Apple’s step by step instructions.
If you purchased your subscription through Google Play, you need to cancel your subscription on your Android device. Please see Google's step by step instructions.
