You can put the team schedule on the calendar you already use, so practices and games sit beside the rest of your week. You subscribe once, and every event the coach adds, changes or cancels after that shows up on your calendar without you doing anything. ### How do I subscribe to the team schedule? 1. Select **Schedule** in the side menu. 2. Open the three-dot menu at the top of the schedule, **More schedule tools**, and select **Add to calendar**. 3. In **Add to your calendar**, select **Copy link**. 4. In Google Calendar, choose **Other calendars**, then **From URL**, paste the link and select **Add calendar**. 5. On an iPhone or iPad, open **Settings**, then **Calendar**, **Accounts**, **Add Account**, **Other** and **Add Subscribed Calendar**, and paste the link. On a Mac, open Calendar, choose **File**, then **New Calendar Subscription**, and paste the link. 6. Outlook does not accept the copied link. Copy the link that starts with https, under the box, instead. Then in Outlook on the web choose **Add calendar**, then **Subscribe from web**, and paste it. The **Add to your calendar** box has a tab for each calendar app with the same steps. One link covers every team you are on.   ### Frequently Asked Questions ### How often does my calendar update? - Your calendar app decides how often it checks for changes. That can be anything from a few minutes to several hours, depending on the app. A change the coach makes an hour before practice may not reach your calendar in time, so check the schedule in the app when something changes at short notice. ### Is my link private? - Yes. The link is yours alone, so do not share it. If you lose a device or share it by mistake, open **Add to calendar** and select **Rotate link**. The old link stops working straight away, so subscribe again with the new link in each calendar app you use. *Everything in this article works on the Football Play Card website on any device.
