How do I see player activity?
Seeing which players are actually studying the playbook.
The Activity tab in My Team shows how engaged each player is: when they last signed in, how many plays they looked at, how long they spent, and how they are doing on quizzes.
How do I open Activity?
- Select My Team.
- Select the Activity tab.
- Choose Season, Month, or Week for the range you want.
The date ranges
Week is the last 7 days. Month is the last 30 days. Season is the last 365 days.
Each one counts backward from today, so they are rolling windows rather than a calendar week, a calendar month, or your actual football season. Activity opens on Season.
The summary tiles
Active this week is how many players have used the app recently. At risk (10+ days idle) is the number who have not been in for over ten days, which is the tile worth checking before a game week. Avg time / player and Team quiz avg give you the team picture in one line.
The player table
Each player row shows Last active, Visits, Plays, Time on plays, and Quiz avg.
Select a player's row to expand it. You get their Last 7 days trend and their Visit history, which is useful when you want to know whether a quiet week is a pattern or a one-off.
Frequently Asked Questions
The tab says "No player activity yet."
-
Nothing has been recorded for the range you picked. Activity is measured from when a player signs in and uses the app, so a brand new roster shows nothing until players start using it.
Why is a player's quiz average empty?
-
They have not submitted a quiz yet, or you have not assigned one. See "How do I create a quiz?"
Does Season mean this football season?
-
No. Season is the last 365 days counting back from today. Activity older than a year is not kept.
Does activity include players who have not accepted their invite?
-
Activity comes from players signing in and using the app, so a player who has never signed in has nothing to show. Activity is a coach view, so players do not see each other's.
