# What is the team schedule, and which plans include it?
## Practices, games, tournaments and meetings in one place, on every phone.
The team schedule is where you put your practices, games, tournaments and meetings so your whole team sees them in one place. You build the schedule once, and it reaches your players and their families in the app, in their email, and on the calendar they already use.
### How do I open the team schedule?
1. Sign in to Football Play Card.
2. Select **Schedule** in the side menu.

### What can I put on the team schedule?
The team schedule holds four kinds of event, and each one asks for the details that matter to it.
| **Event type** | **What it is for** |
| --- | --- |
| **Practice** | Your regular practices. You can attach a play folder so players can look over the plays before they get there. |
| **Game** | Games and scrimmages. Carries the opponent, home or away, the plays for the game, and the game rules and scorekeepers for the live scoreboard on Game Day. |
| **Tournament** | Multi-day events. Tick **All day** and set an end date, then add the bracket name and the organizer. |
| **Meeting** | Film sessions, parent meetings, staff meetings. You choose who is invited. |
### Frequently Asked Questions
### What does the team schedule do for my team?
- Everyone you invite sees the schedule in the app.
- Invites go out by email.
- Anyone can add the whole schedule to Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook once, from **Add to calendar** on the **Schedule** screen, and every change you make afterwards reaches their calendar on its own.
- Everyone invited can RSVP, and you see who is coming.
- A reminder goes out the day before the event, and anyone who has not answered gets a nudge two days before.
- An event at a saved location shows the weather forecast once it is within 16 days.
### Which plans include the team schedule?
- The team schedule is included with **State Champion** and above. That covers the State Champion, National Champion, World Champion, State Champion Team and World Champion Team plans.
- The team schedule is **not** included with a free trial, the Division Champion plans, or a playbook-only purchase from the marketplace. If your plan does not include it, selecting **Schedule** shows an upgrade message instead. Players and followers on a State Champion team always see that team's schedule, whatever their own plan.
### Who can create and change events?
- Only a head coach or an assistant coach on the team can create, edit or delete an event. Players and followers can see the schedule (Fans see games only). Players answer their own RSVP, a Parent/Guardian answers for a linked player who does not have their own account, and a coach can set anyone's answer.
