Can I get back a team I deleted?

A team you delete in Football Play Card can be restored for 90 days. There is no restore button in the app, so email support and we will bring it back for you. After 90 days the team is permanently deleted.

How do I get a deleted team back?

1. Email support@footballplaycard.com from the email address on your account.

2. Tell us the name of the team and roughly when you deleted it.

Do it as soon as you notice. Videos and chat photos are kept for only 14 days after the delete, and once 90 days have passed the team cannot be recovered at all.

• Share links. Links you shared to plays stay switched off. Share the plays again to make new links.

Will my team know it is back?

• No. Nobody on the team gets an email or notification when it comes back, so let your coaches and players know.

Why does deleting a team still say it cannot be undone?

• Because there is no undo in the app. The 90 days are a safety net that support can use, not something you can do yourself.
