Does it work for 7v7 flag football teams?
Yes. 7 on 7 is a team format you can select directly, and it is available to both your play cards and your team management.
How do I set my team to 7 on 7?

Set it in either place, since both use the same setting:
- On the Roster or Depth Chart tab in My Team, use the This team plays control and choose 7 on 7.
- In Settings > Field Options, set your offensive and defensive players to show 7 on 7.
- 7 on 7 is always seven players, so there is no separate player count to choose.
What does this change?

Choosing 7 on 7 sets which positions appear on your play cards, on your roster, in your depth chart, and in Player Options, so you only see positions that apply to how your team plays.
