How do I cancel my trial?

Do you want to cancel because you were unable to easily create play cards? Then chat with our experts and they will assist you and provide the guidance you need. If you are still not satisfied, follow the steps below to cancel your subscription.
To cancel your subscription, login and navigate to Profile > Subscription > select the View/Modify Subscription.
When you cancel during your trial, you keep access until the trial ends and you are not charged. Your plays and playbooks stay in your account. Free trials are limited to one per person or team, so if you sign up again later, your subscription starts right away and is billed at signup.
If you purchased your subscription through iTunes, you need to cancel your subscription on your iOS device in the Settings app. Please see Apple’s step by step instructions.
