How do I read my quiz results?
Understanding scores, submissions, and which questions your team missed.
Quiz results show how each player did and which questions gave your whole team trouble. The second one is usually more useful, because it tells you what to re-teach at practice.
How do I open quiz results?
- Select Quiz in the left side navigation menu.
- Find the quiz in your list.
- Select View Results on that quiz.
The quiz list also shows a Submissions count, so you can see at a glance who still owes you a quiz.
The summary tiles
Submitted is how many players turned the quiz in. Avg Score is the average across those submissions. Avg Time is how long players took. Plays is how many plays the quiz covered.
Player Results
This table lists every player in the audience with their Status, Score, and Time. Use Status to see who has not started, and read Time alongside Score: a high score in a very short time can be worth a conversation.
Before anyone submits, it shows No submissions yet.
Question Breakdown
This is where the coaching value is. Each Question is listed with the Position(s) it applied to, the answer Type, and % Correct.
Sort your attention by % Correct. A question most of the team missed is a concept to re-teach, not a player problem. A question missed only by one position group points at that group's install.
Before anyone submits, it shows No submission data yet.
Frequently Asked Questions
Why does a question show a low % Correct when my players know the play?
-
Check how the question is worded. A vague question produces wrong answers from players who understand the assignment perfectly well. The Question Breakdown checks your questions as much as your players.
Why do some players have no score?
-
They have not submitted yet. Their Status shows that in Player Results.
Does Avg Time include time spent reviewing plays?
-
Avg Time reflects how long players took on the quiz. Players can review the plays before they start answering.
