Why was I charged when I signed up?
Learn why returning customers start their subscription without a free trial.
The free trial is for first-time subscribers and is limited to one per person, team, or organization (see section 4 of our Terms of Service).
When you sign up with an email that has had a Football Play Card trial or paid subscription before, your subscription starts right away and your card is charged at signup instead of after the trial. Checkout shows a note about this directly above the Start trial button.
Your plays and playbooks from before are still in your account. Log in at app.footballplaycard.com with the same email.
Think this is a mistake? For example, you have never used Football Play Card before, or you share an email address with another coach. Email support@footballplaycard.com with the email you signed up with and we will take a look.
